Lashed Out Bad Aesthetics operate a strict non-refundable policy. A deposit of £20 will be required upon booking your appointment. Reschedules can be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations and no shows will be required to re-book with a new deposit. No shows will also be added to our no show category where there is a 3-strike limit, this will then permanently block you from booking with Lashed Out Bad Aesthetics.

A refund usually occurs if:

• Your appointment is cancelled by us
• You accidentally made a double-booking

Additionally, your appointment will be cancelled if you’re more than 20 minutes late. Strictly no plus ones allowed.

We kindly ask that you come to your appointment by yourself.
