Booking Policy

Deposits & Rescheduling
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your total. Your remaining balance is payable in cash only. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment time.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations and no-shows within 48 hours will need to re-book with a new deposit. No-shows are recorded, and will be permanently blocked from booking with Lashed Out Bad Aesthetics.

Refunds
Deposits are only refunded if:

Your appointment is cancelled by us
You accidentally made a double booking

Lateness & Guests
Appointments will be cancelled if you arrive more than 20 minutes late. Please attend alone, as no additional guests are permitted.

How long do lash and brow treatments last?

Lash extensions typically anywhere between 4-5 weeks proper aftercare. However, in order to maintain a healthy and full lash look it is recommended that you schedule an infill 2-3 weeks after your original set. While brow treatments can last up to 4-6 weeks depending on skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and brows. Avoid oil-based products, mascara or brow makeup before your appointment. Arriving with product on lashes or brows may reduce results or require additional time. If you arrive with pre-existing lashes from another lash artist or with a set that is older than 3 weeks you will charged for a lash removal and/or a full set.

Which service is right for me?

Choosing the right service depends on your natural lashes or brows, your desired look and how much maintenance you’re comfortable with.

Classic Lashes are ideal if you want a natural, everyday enhancement.

Hybrid Lashes offer a balance of definition and fullness.

Volume Lashes are perfect for a fuller, more glam look.

Mega Volume Lashes are best for clients who love a fluffier and denser look, and have healthy natural lashes.

Brow Tint or Hybrid Brow Stain enhances colour and definition.

Brow Lamination is ideal if you want fuller lifted brows. Add-on Hybrid Brow Stain for the complete brow transformation.

If you‘re unsure, please book the closest option to your desired result - your artist Jasmine will assess your lashes and/or brows and recommend the most suitable service and custom shape/set on the day to ensure the healthiest optimal results.

Please note - service adjustments may be made during your appointment based on your lash and brows may health. Kindly, let your artist know if you’re taking any medication or have previously been on any medication in the past.
